What is Beacon?
Like light fading after a flash, Beacon blooms, lingers, and releases with the character of a vactrol. Beacon is a compact stereo pingable character VCA and LPG, with physically modeled vactrol response and smooth OTA distortion.

What does it really do?
Beacon is a compact stereo pingable character VCA and LPG, with physically modeled vactrol response and OTA distortion.
Send a ping and Beacon responds with the organic rise and decay of a vactrol, modeled from physical measurements of real components. Use it as a VCA or open it up in LPG mode; two different responses from the same ping. Shape the sound further with the Character control.
